How much does shipping cost?
- FREE Retail Shipping on minimum order of 6 packages or more
- A $15 flat rate fee for orders under $60.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
- We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
- We do not ship to the U.S. at this time, but we are exploring future options.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Processing: We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days.
- Delivery: Typically takes 1–7 business days to arrive.
Please note: Remote locations, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
When you place your order, you can choose to receive email and/or text message updates on its status, which will include your tracking number.
